The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading of National Building and Marketing Co. for Sept. 12, 2019, for not disclosing its Q2 2019 financial statements within the specified period.

 

Following the suspension, the company’s shares will resume trading from Sep. 15, 2019, for a period of 20 trading days.

 

In case the company fails to announce its results within the specified period, the company’s shares will be suspended till the announcement of its financial statement.
