The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on shares of the National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) starting today, Sept. 22, as the company failed to disclose H1 2019 financial statements within the specified period.

 

Argaam has reported earlier that trading on Thimar shares was suspended for one trading session on Thursday, Aug. 22 due to non-compliance with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) deadline for disclosing Q2 2019 financial statements
