Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. has reappointed Mohammed Al Toukhi as chairman of the board of directors for the current three-year term that started on May 16, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

The board of directors have also renamed Abdullah Al Moussa as vice chairman for the same term and formed the board committees.
