Bawan Co.’s shareholders have elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on September 26, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Abdullah bin Abdul Latif Al-Fozan, Essam bin Abdulkader Al-Muhaidib, Fozan Mohammed Alfozan, Raed bin Ibrahim Al Mudaiheem, Basel Mohammed Al Qudaib, Raed bin Ahmed Al Mazroua, Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz, Abdulkarim Ibrahim Al Nafea and Abdullah Abdulrahman Sainin Al-Ruwais.

 

Shareholders have also approved the formation of the audit committee and elected its members.

 

Meanwhile, they have approved amending the board and executive management remunerations policies.
