Riyad Bank has announced the appointment of Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa and Mutaz Kusai AlAzzawi as chairman and vice-chairman, respectively, following  Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

 

The term for the current board members, who were elected on Sept.30, will commence from Oct. 31, 2019 until Oct. 30, 2022.
