Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on October 21, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Tariq Othman Al-Qasabi, Adel bin Saud Dahlawi, Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Swailem, Abdullah bin Turki Al-Sudairy, Othman bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Amr bin Mohammed Kamel, Fahad Bin Abdullah Al-Qasem, Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Faqih and Mohiuddin Saleh Kamel.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee and elected its members.
