Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s board of directors appointed Khalifa A. Al Mulhim as the chairman and Waleed M. Al Jaafari as the vice chairman, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

The appointments are effective for a three-year period, starting October 1, 2019.

 

The board also approved the appointment of Dr. Sultan M. Al Solaiman as the chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee, the statement noted.
