Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) lawsuit against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has been postponed to Oct. 30, 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

During the hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 16, CITC’s advocate requested more time to study the case, the statement said.

 

The financial impact cannot be determined at the moment, the statement added.
