Tadawul lifts trading halt on Alujain

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has lifted a trading halt on shares of Alujain Corp. as of Oct. 20, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
Alujain announced its preliminary financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2019.
On Sept. 22, Tadawul suspended trading on shares of Alujain, as the company failed to disclose H1 2019 financial statements within the specified period.
Argaam reported earlier that trading on Alujain was suspended for one trading session on Thursday, Aug. 22 due to non-compliance with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) deadline for disclosing Q2 2019 financial statements.
