Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) appointed on Oct. 21 Saad Al-Shammary as the new chairman, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The firm approved the resignation of former chairman Abdulrahman Saleh Al Ubaid on the same date, it added.
