Saudi Aramco holds a press conference today

Saudi Aramco dispatched a media invite to Argaam to attend a press conference on Sunday morning, without disclosing further details.

Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), has approved earlier today the request of Saudi Arabian Oil Co.’s (Saudi Aramco) to list and float its shares in an initial public offering (IPO).

The CMA’s decision did not include further details on the IPO.
