Aramco’s offering price, size to be set in book-building process: Chairman

Saudi Aramco’s offering price and size will be determined during the book-building process, Chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan said in a press conference today.

Analysts’ reports will be used to set the offering price range within ten days.

The world’s major oil producer has officially announced today its intention to list its shares on Tadawul, Argaam reported.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Kingdom’s market regulator, approved on Sunday the major oil producer’s initial market offering (IPO).
