Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s shareholders approved amending the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.

 

The amendments include bylaws related to administrative policies, preferred stocks, and dividends distribution among others, Wafrah said in bourse statement.
