The shareholders of The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) elected a new board of directors for a 3-year term starting Jan. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2023, according to a bourse filling on Monday.

 

The new board of directors include:

 

1) Ibrahim Qassim Al-Buainain

2) Ahmed Bin Ali Al Subaie

3) Abdulmalik Al-Hogail

4) Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Sarhan

5) Yasser A. Al-Salman

6) Raed bin Abdullah Ismail

7) Yasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Qadi

8) Abdul Rahman Al Suhaibani

9) Khalifa bin Abdullatif Al-Mulhem

 

The shareholders also approved forming the audit committee for the new term, which will include Abdul-Malik bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Dabbasi, and Saad bin Saleh Al-Rowaite.
