The board of directors of Maharah Human Resources Co. terminated the services of CEO Yousef Al Ghafari, and appointed board member Abdulkarim bin Hamad Al Najidi as CEO, effective Jan. 16, 2020.

 

The company named Sulaiman bin Nasser Al-Hatttan as managing director, it said in statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
