Northern Region Cement Co.’s general assembly elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on March 16, 2020, during the general assembly meeting held on February 12, 2020.

 

The new board includes Sulaiman Al Harbi, Saud Al Arifi, Mohammed Fayez Al Darjem, Raed bin Ibrahim Suleiman Al-Mudaiheem, Mohammed Saleem Al Saedi, Abdul Rahman Bin Saleh Al Ubaid and Faisal Bin Hamad Al-Sugair.

 

In addition, shareholders elected the members of the audit committee for the same term, the company said in a bourse statement.
