Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) received on Feb. 23 the renewal of the qualification certificate required for the management, operation and maintenance of petrol stations and service centers on regional roads.

 

The renewal was issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs for a period of three years ending on Jan. 22, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The certificate renewal will enhance the company’s ability to acquire new sites and avail investment opportunities.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear when the company acquires new sites going forward, SASCO added, noting that it will announce developments in due course.
