Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s board of directors reappointed Rayed Mohammed Nasser Al Kathiri as chairman and Adel Ibrahim Mohammed Al Kathiri as vice chairman, during the extraordinary general assembly held on March 11.

 

The new board of directors will serve for a 3-year term starting March 13, 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also reappointed Meshal Mohammed Nasser Al Kathiri as the CEO and managing director.

 

In addition, it appointed Khalid Abdul Mohsen Abdul Rahman Al Khayyal as secretary, as well as the nominations and rewards committee, the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul.
