Saudi Aramco expects to announce Q1 2020 dividends in May

The Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) expects to announce Q1 2020 dividends, along with the company’s first quarter financial results next May.
For the current year, the giant oil producer plans to declare aggregate ordinary cash dividends of at least $75 billion, to be paid quarterly, subject to the board of directors’ approval and according to its IPO prospectus.
Saudi Aramco has previously paid a cash dividend of SAR 14.76 billion, or $3.94 billion for the period from Dec. 5, 2019, the date IPO shares were allocated to investors, through Dec. 31, 2019.
