Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended dividend freeze  for fiscal year 2019, it said in a bourse filing.

 

The move aims to strengthen the company’s financial position.

 

The decision is pending the approval of the general assembly, the statement noted.
