Northern Cement Co.'s shareholders appointed Sulaiman Saleem Al-Harbi as chairman of the board, for a 3-year term starting March 16, 2020, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

 

Raed bin Ibrahim Suleiman Al-Mudaiheem was also appointed as a vice chairman.

 

Shareholders also formed a remuneration and nomination committee, elected the audit committee members for the same three-year term, in addition to naming the company's representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
