Jarir Marketing Co.’s (Jarir) shareholders are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual and quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2020, during its general assembly meeting to be held on April 13.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that shareholders will also vote on approving the distribution of 80% cash dividend, at SAR 8 per share, amounting to SAR 960 million, for the fiscal year 2019.

 

The general assembly will be held remotely as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular to enable shareholders to participate deliberately and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system.
