SPM names Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM), on March 17, 2020, appointed Fahad bin Mohamed Al Dawood as a Chairman of the board of directors and Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Zabin as a Vice Chairman of the board, the company said in a bourse statement.
The company announced also naming Yousry Al Bashry as a Chief Executive Officer, as of April 17, 2020.
Al Bashry has an expensive experience of more than 25 years in the paper industry and has held several senior positions.
These appoints are pending the approval of the shareholders' meeting.
On Thursday, the company's general meeting dismissed the board directors upon a request by shareholders owning more than 5% of capital.
