National Medical Care Co. (Care) announced today that recent events related to London Stock Exchange-listed NMC Health have no financial or operational impact on the company.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that NMC Saudi Arabia is a Riyadh-based company and operates independently from NMC Health.

 

NMC Saudi Arabia owns a 49.2% stake in Care, the statement also said.
