The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented the securities quantity decrease for Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, April 13, it said in a statement.

 

Last week, the company’s shareholders approved a 61.4% capital cut to SAR 77.17 million from SAR 200 million.
