Seera Holding Group’s shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 20.

 

The company said, in a bourse statement on Tuesday, that shareholders approved discharging board members from liabilities during FY2019, and appointing an external auditor to review FY2020 and Q1 2021 financial statements.

 

They also approved the businesses and contracts concluded with International Gulf Company for Contracting and Real Estate Investment Ltd., National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC), Riyadh Airports Co., and Riyadh Cable Co. for providing travel services.
