Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a semi-annual and quarterly basis, during the general assembly meeting held on April 21, 2020.

 

The company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday that shareholders also elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on September 17, 2020.

 

The new board includes Salman bin Nasser Al Hawawi, Badr Khaled Al Shathri, Yazeed Khaled Al-Shathry, Turki Al Baiz, Mohsen H. Al Fahadi, Saad A. Al Shammari and Khaled M. Al Moammar.
