Mulkia Investment Co. appointed Khaled Alsuhaibani as a non-independent member of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund’s board of directors, effective from April 30, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The fund manager further said that the appointment comes after the resignation of independent board member Bader Bin Khalid AlQahtani.

 

Alsuhaibani has more than 20 years of experience in management, leasing and operation of commercial centers.
