Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on May 10, 2020.

 

Shareholders of record on April 21, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, SARCO’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for FY2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
