Saudi Arabian Oil Co.’s (Saudi Aramco) shareholders approved the board report for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 11.

 

The shareholders also approved appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, FY2020 and Q1 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
