Astra Industrial Group’s shareholders approved withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting held on May 12, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute dividend for FY2020 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.

 

In March, Astra’s board of directors recommended withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019 to strengthen the company’s solvency and financial position, according to data compiled by Argaam
