Al Rajhi Capital appointed Alluhaid & Alyahya Chartered Accountants as an auditor for Al Rajhi REIT Fund, effective May 17, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The annual auditor fee was changed to SAR 55,000, the statement added.

 

The appointment will have no effect other than what was published in the announcement, the brokerage firm further noted.
