Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors appointed Hesham Abdullatif Hamad Al Jabr as a non-executive board member after receiving the approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on May 25, 2020.

 

His appointment will be effective from today, May 31 until May 25, 2022, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

The new appointment is pending the general assembly’s approval, the company added.

 

Al Jabr holds a degree in Administration and has over 20 years of experience in different sectors, including being the CEO of Al Jabr Holding Company since 1997.
