Development Works Food Co.’s shareholders will start on June 20 electronic voting on financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on June 23.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging board members from liabilities during FY2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, they will vote on appointing external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for the period from Q1 2020 to Q1 2021.
