The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced the implementation of securities quantity increase for Al Moammar Information Systems Co.

 

According to a bourse filing, it was done on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, June 4.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al Moammar’s shareholders approved, on June 1, a SAR 40 million capital hike to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million to boost company resources and record high growth rates in the coming years.
