Sadara Basic Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on June 24, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY2019 and appointing an external auditor.
