Alujain Holding Corp.  starts today, June 7, adopting electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 10, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.

 

Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on terminating the current board term, according to data compiled by Argaam.
