United International Transportation Co. Ltd. (Budget Saudi) will adopt electronic voting as of June 11 on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 15, according to a bourse filing today.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.

 

Last month, Budget Saudi invited shareholders to vote on a 5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 0.50 per share, in the general assembly meeting scheduled for June 15, 2020, according to data compiled by Argaam.
