Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2020, during its ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 10.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items included on the meeting’s agenda, the company said in a bourse statement.
