Budget Saudi to pay H2 2019 dividend on July 1

United International Transportation Co. Ltd. (Budget Saudi) said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2019 on July 1, 2020.
Shareholders of record on June 15, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Earlier this month, the company’s shareholders approved a 5% cash dividend at SAR 0.5 per share for H2 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
