Shareholders of Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. approved withholding cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 30, 2020.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that shareholders also approved business contracts to be inked with other entities in which board of directors have an interest.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Arabian Shield’s board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for FY2019.
