MIS says proceeds from fractional shares deposited on July 2

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) sold 661 fractional shares on June 30, 2020 at SAR 45.40 per share for a total of SAR 30,009.40, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The funds were deposited into shareholders accounts on July 2, 2020, the statement added.
Last month, the company’s shareholders approved SAR 40 million capital hike to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million to boost company resources and record high growth rates in the coming years, Argaam reported.
