The rental income of Musharaka REIT Fund reached SAR 27.14 million in the second quarter of 2020, the fund manager Musharaka Capital said in a bourse statement.

 

The fund’s per unit price reached SAR 8, while the borrowing amount hit SAR 256.8 million in Q2 2020.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the fund also decided to pay a 3.5% cash dividend for the first half of 2020, at SAR 0.35 per unit, amounting to SAR 30.8 million.
