Seera Holding Group's shareholders approved amending a number of articles of incorporation, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 16, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

These articles are related to electing board of directors, board powers, remuneration and decisions, general meetings and dividend payment.
