Alhokair shareholders approve SAR 496 mln contracts with related parties

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Alhokair) shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 21, 2020, several items including the business contracts signed with related parties worth SAR 496 million.
