Emaar The Economic City Co.’s (Emaar EC) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Sept. 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Jamal bin Majid Thaniah, Mohamed Nabil Hefny, Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Howaish, Arif Abdullah Al-Harmi, Osama Omar Saeed Barian, Ahmed bin Rashed Al Matrooshi, Falih M. Hajaj, Ahmed Youssef Boshnaq and Badr Hisham Ali Reda.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders approved amending the audit committee implementing rules.
