Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) shareholders elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term ending Oct. 17, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held yesterday, Sept. 28, 2020.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term, in addition to setting the members’ remuneration.
