Saudi Aramco to disclose Q3 2020 financials, dividend on Nov. 3

Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose its financial results and dividend for Q3 2020 before the start of trading on Nov. 3, 2020, the company said in a statement today, Oct. 5.
There will be no webcast for Q3 2020 and the quarterly results will be made available at www.aramco.com/investors.
The next earnings webcast will be for FY 2020 results, the oil giant said.
In August, Aramco declared a cash dividend of SAR 70.32 billion ($18.75 billion) to shareholders for Q2 2020.
For the current year, the company plans to declare aggregate ordinary cash dividends of at least $75 billion, to be paid quarterly, subject to the board of directors’ approval and according to its IPO prospectus.
