Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Salama) shareholders approved financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the FY ending Dec. 31, 2018, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 12, 2020.

 

Shareholders also discharged board members from liability for the same FY, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

During the meeting, shareholders appointed two board members and elected three board directors from among nominees for the current three-year term, ending July 24, 2022, the statement added.
