The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) implemented securities quantity decrease for Mobile Telecommunication Co. Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) on the Center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Oct. 13.

 

On Oct. 8, Zain KSA shareholders approved the board of directors’ request to reduce the company’s capital to SAR 4.48 billion from SAR 5.83 billion, through cancellation of 135 million shares.

 

Trading on the company’s shares will resume today, following a two-day suspension starting Oct. 11.
